Find and Register the Second SIM IMEI / Dual SIM on Your iPhone with PTA? – Guide
Firstly, find out if your new iPhone, recently imported is Dual SIM or not? In order to do that, you need to go to Settings > General and tap About. There you will get the two IMEI numbers (if your phone is dual SIM). You can see clearly in the images given below

Note or write down your IMEIs and then head over to the registration of your device with PTA
Registration Process:
Basically, the registration is going to be the same, either through the DIRBS Portal (https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/) or by dialing *8484#. BUT, Choose Dual SIMs instead of single SIM and add both your IMEIs (including the digital one) and proceed with the process.
